Bihar Police Constable Selection Process 2024 : CSBC Bihar Police Constable Male & Female Selection Process comprises of Following Steps :
- Written Exam (100 Marks)
- Physical Eligibility Test/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) (100 Marks)
- Physical Standard Test
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
NOTE : Written Exam for Bihar Police Constable posts will be of qualifying Nature. No Marks of Written Exam will be added to Final Merit. Written Test will conduct to shortlist Candidates for Physical Test. Final Selection to Constable Posts will be based on Performance/ Merit of Physical Test.
Bihar Police Constable Written Exam Pattern 2024 : Bihar Police will conduct Written Test for All Eligible Candidates. Written Exam for All Stages will be Objective Multiple Choice Type. Exam Pattern is as follows :
- There will be One Question Paper in Written Exam of 100 Marks.
- There will be Total 100 Questions in Written Exam.
- Time Duration for Bihar Police Constable Exam is 120 Minutes (02 Hour).
- There will be questions from Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, General Knowledge & Current Affairs in Written Exam.
- Questions of 12th/ Intermediate Level will ask in Exam.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Candidates have to secure minimum 30% Marks to qualify for Physical Test. For Physical Exam Candidates will be called 5 times of Total Vacancies based on result for Written Exam.

General Knowledge & Current Events : Culture and Religion, Soil, Rivers, Mountains, Ports, Inland Harbours, Freedom Movement, Sports : championships/ Winners/ Terms /No. of Players, Defence, Wars and Neighbours, Current Affairs, Important National Facts about India, Heritage and Arts, Dance, History, Languages, Capitals and Currencies, National Bird/ Animal/ Sport/ Flower/ Anthem/ Song/ Flag/ Monuments, Eminent Personalities, Common Names, Full forms and Abbreviations, Discoveries, Diseases and Nutrition, Award and Authors.
General English: Mainly Focus on the topics like Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Error,Sentence correction, fill in the blanks, Comprehension & Cloze Test etc.
General Studies : Question will be asked from Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy etc. Focus will be on Current national & International events, banking, sports etc.
General Science: Questions of General Science will include to test knowledge of matters of every day observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person who didn’t study science as a subject. It will Also Include the Knowledge of the Subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology form the level of 12th Standard.
Civics, Indian History, Geography of India : Questions of Social Study will include Indian History, Culture, Geography, Environment, Economic aspects, Freedom Movement, major features of Indian Agriculture & Natural Resources and Indian Constitution & Polity, Panchayati Raj, community development and 5 years Plan. General Knowledge of Geographical and Political condition of Bihar.
Mathematics : Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages , Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart and Data Interpretation etc.

:: Bihar Police Constable Physical Test Pattern 2024 ::
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Pattern : Selection to Constable Posts will be based on Marks of Physical Efficiency Test. PET will be total 100 Marks. There will Race, Ball Throw & High Jump. Category wise Marks Distribution & PET Pattern is as follows :
Race : Maximum Marks for Race is 50. Candidate who complete Race more than 6 minutes (male) & 5 minutes (Female) will be disqualified. Pattern is as follows :
Ball Throw : Maximum Marks for Shot Put/ Ball Throw is 25. Candidate who throw ball less than 16 Feet (male) & 12 Feet (Female) will be disqualified. Pattern is as follows :
High Jump : Maximum Marks for High Jump is 25. Candidate who jump less than 4 feet (male) & 3 feet (Female) will be disqualified. Pattern is as follows :
