IMPORTANT POINTS/ Changes For UP D.El.Ed 2023 Counseling & Admission :

  1. One Application will accept for All Districts.
  2. Candidates will not be given chance for Correction in Application Form. So fill application form very carefully.
  3. Photo of Selected Candidates will be matched with application form & ID Proof.
  4. Mark sheets, Certificates issued & Result declared after Last Date of Online Applications will not be accepted.

UP D.El.Ed Online Counseling Process 2023 -Step by Step Guide :-

  1. Based on the Entries Filled by Candidates in Online Application Form, Merit List will be Prepared in Ascending Order.
  2. Merit List will prepare Male/ Female wise, Science/ Art wise, Category wise.
  3. Candidates will be provided Rank based on their Merit List, which is base of Selection.
  4. Candidates of Selected Rank can Fill Seat of their Choice Online in given time.
  5. After that College Allotment will process by NIC.
  6. In 2nd Round of Counseling, chance of Selection will provide based on Vacant Seats. If Candidate not fill choice in 1st Round, then he/ she is eligible to fill choice in 2nd Round.
  7. College will be allotted based on Choice filled by candidate. It is duty of Principal of allotted college to provide details of filled/ vacant seats.
  8. There will be no Selection after Last Date. Board is also not responsible for Vacant Seats in colleges.
  9. List of Allotted Candidates will provide to Private Colleges. It is responsibility of DIET Principal to ensure verification of Merit, Group/ Category.

UP BTC Admission Fee :

  1. UP D.El.Ed is a 2 Year Non Residential Training Course of four Semesters.
  2. Candidates selected for DIET have to Pay Rs. 10200/- per year as Training Fee.
  3. Candidates selected for Private Colleges have to Pay Rs. 41000/- per year as Training Fee.
  4. Private College can not pay admission fee as decided by Board i.e. Rs 41000/-.
  5. There will be No Fee for Hostel/ Residence.
  6. Candidates will not provided any Stipend during Training.
  7. Candidates have to pay Exam Fee, Mark Sheet Fee Separately
  8. Admission Fee will Paid by E-Payment OR Bank Draft, as suitable to candidates.

D.El.Ed Documents for Online Counseling 2023 :

  • Print Out of Filled Registration Form.
  • Print Out of submitted Challan Fee/ Online Fee.
  • Print out Fully Submitted/ Corrected Online Application Form.
  • Original & Print Copies of Certificates, Marksheets of 10th, 12th & Graduation.
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Passport Size Photographs.
  • Candidates can use Affidavit regarding any non fulfilled Document.

UP BTC D.El.Ed Selection & Document Verification Process 2023 :

  1. Selection for D.El.Ed-2023 will based on Merit List. Higher Merit Candidates will be awarded DIET (Government Colleges).
  2. Merit List will prepare based on Marks of High School, Intermediate & Graduation. Separate cut off will be DIET & Private colleges.
  3. Merit List will prepare Category wise & Stream wise & it is rounded off upto two points of decimal.
  4. If two candidates have same merit then preference will be given to older candidate.
  5. Seat Matrix will be uploaded on UP Basic Education Boards website stream wise/ category wise. Candidates have to given choice online based on no. of seats in DIET/ Pvt Colleges.
  6. Document Verification will conduct by Allotted College at the time of Admission.

  2. Hello Sir/Ma’am,
    2nd phase counselling has been divided into two parts 16th -20th august (1st part) & then 21st to 25th august (2nd part). Let’s say in 1stpart (16th to 20th august) i locked 10 choices and merit in all these 10 colleges remains higher than my merit……in that case what will happen? Whether computer system will allot me any college in the whole U.P. which will be very problematic or I’ll not be allotted any college & will be given another chance in 2nd part of 2nd phase counselling from 21st to 25th aug when special category seats are being converted into general seats. Plz reply asap.

    • Hi Anmol, If Merit is high in 10 Colleges & you fill only 10 choices than system may not allot any college. Generally Computer system allot college if candidate fill more choice like 20-30+. If candidate not fill college of other districts then college of other district will not allot

    • Ma’am, thanx for replying………..only 7 colleges are there in my district which conduct d.el.ed. course and because of some health issues i want to get admission in my home district thats why i want to lock these 7 colleges only……thats why i’m concerned abt allotment of any college other than these if merit in these colleges remains higher bcz if i’m allotted any other college out of my home distt then i wont be able to take part in 21st to 25th aug’19 counseling (conversion of reserved category seats into general)……right now a lot of reserved category seats are vacant in my distt which wont be available to me in that case.
      what shud i do? plz help me out.
