Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, a power generating and distributing organization of Government of Punjab is looking for the recruitment of Lineman from the candidates under Apprenticeship Training of Lineman. Details of Vacancies, Age Limit, Educational Qualification, Application Fee & How to Apply is given below…

Name of Post : Assistant Lineman (Apprentice)
Details of Vacancies : Total 1500 Posts. Category wise Vacancies will mention in official notice :

• General : 904 Posts
• BC : 148 Posts
• SC : 371 Posts
• Physically Challenged (Deaf only) : 77 Posts

Age Limit (as on 01.02.2023) : As per apprentice act 1961. (Age relaxation is applicable for all reserved Categories candidates as per Punjab Govt. Instructions.) The minimum age as on 01.02.2023 for eligibility for this apprenticeship training is 18 years.

Educational Qualification : The candidates should be ITI in WIREMAN OR ELECTRICIAN Trade. The certificate should be issued and duly signedby NCVT or SCVT is only.

Stipend : As per Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rule, 1992 as amended from time to time. Current stipend is Rs. 7700/per month.

Application Fee :

General : Rs. 420/-

SC Category : Rs. 280/-

BC Category : Rs. 420/-

PwD Category : Rs. 280/-

SELECTION PROCESS : Selection will be made purely on Written Exam. The merit will be made as per marks in Written Exam obtained in ITI of Wireman or Electrician trade. The percentage marks obtained shall be rounded off to the nearest 2nd decimal digit for preparing the merit. No weightage shall be given for higher qualifications.

1. Candidates can Apply under Online Mode from the Official Website (https://pspcl.in/).
2. Candidates are required to have Valid Email Id & Mobile No as Important Details like Registration No. & Password will be sent to this EMail Id or Mobile No.
3. Candidates should have ITI/ Graduation Mark sheets to fill Online Application Correctly.
4. Scanned Copy of Recent Photography & Signature (In Prescribed Size).
5. Link for Online Application & Fee Payment will be available from 27 February 2023
6. Candidates need to take Print Out of Filled Application Form for future Reference.
7. All the candidates before submission application fee check all the entry fill in the form is corrected because after fee submission under any circumstances fee should not be refundable.
